Job Description
• This is a driver unload account, all drivers are required to hand unload all the dry freight in the trailer via gravity rollers, no pallets, or lumpers.• There is an average of 2-3 loads per week with 2-6 stop per load.• The average miles per week is approximately 2000 miles.
After Hire
• Drivers will be required to go with a mentor for 3 loads in order to learn the ins and outs of the account.• Driver will get paid 200 dollars per day during training period, and training will last approximately a week to a week and a half.• Upon completion of the training, driver will be assigned a truck and will immediately start earning the full CPM and unload pay.• Trucks can be taken home as long as it is in a secure location deemed by the account manager.

Orientation
• 4–5 days long• Monday - Thursday/Friday• Paid minimum wage for the actual orientation (about 4–5 hours), not for the entire waiting period
