CDL-A Regional - $1,250-$1,850/week - Home Daily

Compensation: $1,250 – $1,850 per week (W2 – Commission Pay)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Home Daily

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers with a minimum of 3 consecutive years of verifiable driving experience, including at least 2 years of bottom/frameless dump trailer experience.

All routes are regional (PA, OH, NY, NJ, CT) and structured to ensure drivers return home daily.

Pay Structure:
- W2 Employee
- Commission-Based (Percentage of Load Revenue)
- Paid Weekly
- Annual Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Haul demolition materials and steel coils
- Operate Class A tractor with frameless dump trailer
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 3+ consecutive years of verifiable CDL-A experience
- 2+ years dump trailer experience required
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT drug & alcohol screening
- Physically capable of operating tarp systems
- Reliable, punctual, safety-focused
