As a company driver, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting freight on assigned routes. Safety, professionalism, and reliability are key, and your dedication will be rewarded with competitive pay and steady work.
Your responsibilities include:
Operating a commercial truck safely and efficiently
Delivering freight on schedule
Communicating with dispatch and customers as needed
Securing and verifying cargo
Following all traffic and safety regulations

We know time at home is important. That’s why our schedule allows drivers to stay on the road while still getting regular time off:
2 weeks on the road
2 days home
This schedule gives you the opportunity to gain experience, earn consistent pay, and still enjoy regular breaks.
If you’ve never driven a truck before, don’t worry! We provide a structured 200-hour training program with a professional mentor. You’ll learn the skills you need to drive safely, gain confidence, and prepare for a successful career.
During training:
Earn $650 per week
Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced drivers
Training typically lasts up to 4 weeks
You may be away from home during the training period
By the end of training, you’ll be ready to hit the road independently.
After training, drivers can expect to earn $1,200–$1,400 per week. Your hard work, reliability, and dedication are recognized and rewarded.

We welcome applicants with no experience as well as those who already have some driving background. To join our team, you must:
Be 21 years or older
Hold a valid Class A CDL
Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL schooling within the last 2 years.
Maintain a clean driving record with no major violations
Be able to handle long hours on the road and work independently
Have strong communication and customer service skills
Be willing to complete our comprehensive training program
