What We Offer:

Strong Base Pay

  • Starting at $0.52 per mile, with higher rates for experienced drivers.

Additional Earnings That Add Up

  • $20 per backhaul, stop, or warehouse hour (based on experience).
  • $11/hour for pre-trip, post-trip, and delays (also increases with experience).
  • Regular pay reviews tied to your experience and performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate a Class A truck on overnight/short regional runs (typically out 3-4 nights per week).
  • Securly load and unload cargo.
  • Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic truck maintenance.
  • Keep accurate logs and communicate any issues or delays.
  • Provide excellent customer service with every delivers.
  • Handle brokerage runs when needed to maintain steady miles.

What We're Looking For:

What You'll Need:

  • A valid Class A CDL.
  • A clean driving record.
  • Current MVR and DOT medical card.
  • Must pass drug and alcohol screening.
  • Ability to lift 50-85lbs.
  • Dependability, professionalism, and a safety-first mindset.
