What You’ll Do:
As an OTR driver, you’ll transport freight across long distances and various routes throughout the country. Safety, efficiency, and professionalism are the core of this role—your job is to keep America moving while following all traffic and safety regulations.
What You Can Expect:
Travel Schedule
Drivers run 2 weeks out on the road, followed by 2 days of home time. Many of our open positions will get you home weekly as well.
Paid Training
New to trucking? We encourage new drivers to apply. To qualify you must have graduated from at least 120 accredited Academy within the last 2 years.
All new hires complete 200 hours of comprehensive paid training.
Earn a flat rate of $650 per week during training
Training will last 4 weeks.
You will be away from home for the full training period (30 days)
Competitive Pay
After training, OTR drivers average $1,200–$1,600 per week, reflecting your dedication and performance.

Qualifications:
To join our team, you must have:
A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
At least 120 hours of CDL schooling within the last 2 years ~ for trainees.
A clean driving record with no major violations
The ability to handle long hours and work independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to complete our intensive training program
