Trailer Truck Driver (2nd shift)

Duties include the operation of a wide variety of equipment including tractor trailers, forklifts, stake trucks, box type trucks and pickup trucks.  Requirements include moving large diverse loads within the shipyard and on public highways.  Job also requires working in an unheated environment.

 

Job requires a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A with Hazmat Endorsement.  Air brake endorsement required.   Applicant must have a clean, safe driving record.  Applicant must be able to obtain a medical examiner’s certificate from the company’s medical services and must be willing to submit to random drug/alcohol testing. 

Required:

• 5+ years experience
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A with Hazmat Endorsement
• Air brake endorsement
• Ability to work 2nd shift

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Safe driving record
• CDL Class A with Hazmat endoremsent
• Airbrake endorsement
• Ability to safely drive a variety of equipment
