SIGN-ON BONUS OF $1,500
All drivers must have their own set of tools once assigned to a truck.
Essential Functions
- Respond to accidents, breakdowns, and roadside incidents
- Maintain communication with motorists while en route
- Perform basic repairs or tow vehicles to garages
- Safely load vehicles onto the truck
- Remove illegally parked vehicles
Physical Requirements
- Lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, bending, reaching, climbing
- Significant physical strength and stamina

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial motor vehicle driving experience
- Prior towing experience or related field preferred (We train you to operate the tow truck!)
- Current DOT Medical Card required before the 1st day of work
- Clean driving record for at least the past 3 years
- MUST be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Registered in the DOT Clearinghouse (For CDL holders only)
Commission Pay
- 30% Commission - Our drivers average $1,000 - $1,300 weekly OR $200/day guarantee (whichever is greater).
- This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary-paid position.
Schedule
- Five-day and Six-day work weeks available (Weekends ARE mandatory)
