Primary Function:

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Office Manager, this position is responsible for assist greeting service customers in a professional and timely manner, performing service preparation work to vehicles, vehicle pick-up and delivery. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards and policies of Willis Automotive.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assist with the pickup and drop off of dealer loaner vehicles for when the customer's vehicle is needed for service. 
• Will operate app-based programs to receive their daily assignments for pickups and drop off. 
• Operate company vehicles safely to perform scheduled customer pickup/deliveries
• Complete Willis Automotive errands as scheduled 
• Complete Willis Automotive cleaning standards to all customer and guest vehicles. 

What we need from you:

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability
• Previous customer service experience preferred
