Litigation Attorney - Products Liability, Mass Torts, Class Action and Business Litigation (224/o)

Highly respected nationwide full-service firm established for over 170 years is seeking a litigation attorney for its Miami, FL office. Candidates must have experience in the practice areas of business litigation or product liability, experience in Mass Torts/Class Action is a plus.  The firm provides sophisticated legal solutions through its philosophy of collaboration and partnership with both their clients and their internal team.  They provide training and mentoring and encourage a work life balance which supports an individualized career path forward.  Ideal candidates must have 3-6 years of law firm experience in the practice areas mentioned previously.  This position is full-time and onsite.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Florida bar license in good standing
• Must have 3-6 years of law firm experience in in the practice areas of business litigation or product liability, experience in Mass Torts/Class Action is a plus
• Must have superior academic credentials
• Must have excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
