TR Toppers is recruiting for a part-time or full-time Dispatcher/CDL Class A Truck Driver position, primarily assigned to the Transportation Department. This position may assist other departments as needed to provide administrative support to the overall operations and ensure smooth workflow across the organization. In this flexible work environment. SUMMARY: ย ย Develop route planning for each outbound truck and assign drivers based on priorities and availability. Communicate with customers and suppliers while scheduling appointments. Track each driver's movement to ensure on-time delivery, and reschedule if necessary. ย Constant communication with the fleet regarding news, weather, or other delays that would impact their route. Review compliance protocols to include HOS and safety violations. Must achieve optimum driver and customer satisfaction.
Must be able to think strategically and plan ahead of rapidly changing situations while maintaining a positive team-oriented attitude. ย ย Must be well organized and engaged with team members. ย ย CDL Class A experienced driver will assist with dispatch functions, yard moves, local pickup and delivery, and occasionally fill in a a relief driver based on company needs. ย Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services and other departments, providing administrative support in various departments at TR Toppers, Inc. You will assist in coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and providing crucial administrative support to our transportation team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to hot/cold weather conditions and loud to moderate noise.
