Safely operate a ready\-mix concrete truck in compliance with DOT regulations<\/span> Load and unload concrete materials at plants and job sites<\/span> Perform pre\-trip and post\-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment<\/span> Adjust truck controls to maintain proper mix and slump during delivery<\/span> Provide exceptional customer service at delivery sites<\/span> Maintain accurate delivery tickets and documentation<\/span> Clean mixer drum and truck after each load<\/span> Report mechanical issues and follow company safety procedures<\/span> Work with dispatch to meet daily delivery schedule<\/span><\/span> Valid CDL <\/span><\/span>Class A or B<\/span><\/span><\/b> with air brake endorsement required<\/span> Clean driving record (MVR) and ability to pass a DOT physical & drug screen<\/span> Experience operating a mixer truck preferred, but <\/span><\/span>willing to train<\/span><\/span><\/b> the right candidate<\/span> Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments<\/span> Strong focus on safety and customer service<\/span> Reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime or Saturdays as needed<\/span>
