CDL Truck Driver – Transformer Transport (No Weekends)
Brandon & Clark is seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Truck Driver to join our Transformer Transport team. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work, making it an excellent fit for drivers who value stability, work-life balance, and a strong company culture. No specialized transformer-transport experience is required — we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to help you succeed.
Safely transport electrical transformers and related equipment using a company truck and trailer.
Assist with the loading and securing of equipment, including occasional use of the onboard boom.
Climb onto trailers and secure loads properly using provided tools and equipment.
Follow all DOT regulations, maintain accurate logs, and ensure safe operating practices at all times.
Contact customers in advance to confirm pickup or delivery details.
Participate in daily trip prep — reviewing schedules, inspecting equipment, and coordinating logistics with the transport team.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while representing Brandon & Clark on the road.
Depart on Monday and typically return Thursday night or Friday morning.
Some weeks may include shorter routes, getting you home by midweek.

This role includes structured training to ensure success, including:
Hands-on instruction for loading, boom operation, and securement.
Guidance on company procedures, safety protocols, and job expectations.
Support from experienced drivers and supervisors throughout onboarding.
Skill-building focused on equipment handling, customer coordination, and safe transport practices.
Valid CDL (Class A) with an insurable driving record is required.
Previous driving experience is required, but specialty transport experience not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Dependable attendance and a professional, safety-first mindset.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing onto trailers and securing loads.
Must pass a background check and meet all DOT driver requirements.
