Yard Jockey CDL A

POSITION SUMMARY: This is a yard switching position moving 48ft tractor trailers and 28ft straight trucks throughout the yard and to docks using a yard horse. Overtime hours, working weekends and holidays, and starting at various start times are required in order to successfully meet the business needs.

COMMUTING EXPENSE ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO RESIDENTS OF BROOKLYN, QUEENS, LONG ISLAND, BRONX

• CDL A $30.00/ hr. (1 years' experience as a Yard Jockey or Switcher with the CDL A required)
• $7,000 sign-on bonus

• No touch freight or heavy lifting

Shift:

• TRAINING SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday, 6pm - 2am
• Days off: Friday and Saturday
• Permanent schedule is subject to change once training is completed.
