Drivers 1st is hiring experienced CDL A drivers based in Decatur, Alabama, for a dedicated regional flatbed route running round-trip coil loads between Hawesville, KY and Decatur, AL. This solo regional position offers home time every week, with the possibility of getting home during the week when loads allow. Pay & Benefits

• Earn 27% of load revenue (currently averaging about 68 CPM)
• $1,700 – $1,800 per week average pay
• $88,400 – $93,600 per year average
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday

Equipment
Drive in comfort and safety with well-maintained, late-model equipment:

• Freightliner Evolution High Roofs (2 years old or newer)
• Automatic transmission with DD15 engine
• APU, inverter, fridge, and microwave onboard
• Qualcomm onboard communication system
• Assigned trucks — take your truck home with you

Home Time & Routes

• Home every week — plus opportunities for additional home time during the week if the route allows
• Dedicated flatbed route: Hawesville, KY to Decatur, AL and back
• No drop & hook, no driver load or unload — just chain loads unless the customer requests straps

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A license
• Minimum 2 years OTR tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must be able to qualify for a TWIC card
