CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver – High Pay| Home Weekends
 

Job Description:

Join our dedicated account and enjoy steady miles, great pay, and weekly home time! This is a high-paying position with consistent dry freight and the opportunity to stay active with hand-unload deliveries using rollers (no pallets or lumpers).

• Average 2–3 loads per week | 4–5 stops per load

• Mileage range: 1,000–2,500 round trip

• Average weekly miles: 1,600

• Active, physical work — perfect for drivers who want more than just driving!

Delivery Area:
Lanes run from Warrensburg, MO through MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TN, and KY.

Schedule & Home Time:

• Weekly 34-hour reset (typically Saturday or Sunday off)

• Deliveries start as early as 5:00 AM and may include night deliveries at 11:00 PM

• Trucks can be taken home

Minimum Requirements:

• CDL-A License and must be 21 years old

• At least 3 months solo tractor trailer driving experience

• Stable job history

• Very good MVR and clean background

• Must be willing to unload freight using rollers

Compensation & Bonuses:

• Competitive CPM + Load Pay

• Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus – up to 3% of mileage pay

• Average pay: $1,610/week ($83,000/year)

• Top 10% earners: $2,099/week ($109,000/year)
