Salary Paid OTR CDL-A Driver Position

• True salary of $62,500 ($1201 weekly) 
• PAID home time, each week on the road equals 1 fully paid day home
• Drivers’ health insurance premium covered 100%

• CDL-A with at least 12 consecutive months of experience required

This is an OTR driving position, but with none of the stress – our solo, company drivers don’t have to worry about the cents-per-mile rollercoaster. Salary base means they never dip below $62,500 per year and get a regular weekly check. It’s designed to provide peace of mind, consistency, and makes it much easier for our drivers to secure loans, mortgages, and plan for their future.

• Current CDL Class A
• No more than 6 jobs in past 3 years. 
• All commercial driving history in past 10 years must be disclosed. 
• At least 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer OTR driving experience with a 53ft trailer within the last four years INCLUDING at least two winters.
• No more than 3 moving violations and at-fault accidents within the last 3 years, in a personal or commercial vehicle
• No Criminal Background.

Physical Requirements:

• Must disclose use of a CPAP machine 
• Must be able to stay seated for long periods of time
