Reefer OTR - CDL A Driver - 3 Weeks Out

Drivers 1st is seeking experienced CDL A drivers for an exciting OTR refrigerated freight position. Enjoy top-of-the-line late-model equipment, competitive mileage pay, and reliable pre-planned loads. This role offers long cross-country hauls averaging 1,200 miles per trip, ensuring you rack up great weekly miles while avoiding Northeast lanes and NYC. With 100% no-touch reefer freight, flexible home time (3 days home after 3 weeks out), and paid orientation with all expenses covered, this is a great opportunity for drivers who love the road and value comfort and earning potential.

Pay & Benefits:

• Earn 57 CPM at 70 MPH or 60 CPM at 65 MPH – your choice
• $1,600 – $1,800 average weekly pay
• $80,000 – $90,000 annual average
• ½ CPM raise at 6 months, then 1 CPM minimum raises at 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 years
• Bi-weekly pay schedule (Saturday–Friday)

• Late-model Volvo 780, Kenworth T680, and Freightliner Cascadia (2019+)
• 450 HP engines, automatic transmissions
• Governed at 70 MPH pedal / 65 MPH cruise

• Double bunks, onboard navigation, collision mitigation
• DirecTV & SiriusXM
• Truck assignment is permanent and can be taken home

Home Time & Routes:

• 3 weeks out, 3 days home (1 day home per week out)
• 2,800–3,000 miles per week average
• Average haul length: 1,200 miles
• Primary lanes: WI, IL, MN, AR, UT, and Western states
• No Northeast lanes and no NYC
• 40% drop-and-hook, 100% no-touch freight

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Class A CDL
• 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 4 years
