Lease Purchase Trainers
Take Home $5000 a week
- 1.50 a mile a mile for every mile you and your trainee drive
- 4000 x $1.50 = $6000 (Only part of your pay)
- Average a $250 to $750 bonus every week once you've trained 3-4 students. (See breakdown below)
- Trainee is essentially paying your truck payment.
- No Credit Check & No Money Down
Company Trainers
Take Home $2000 a week
- $0.54 cents a mile for every mile you and your trainee drive
- Average 4000 miles a week between you and your trainee
- 4000 x $0.54 = $2160 (Only part of your pay)
- Average a $250 to $750 bonus every week once you've trained 3-4 students. (See breakdown below)

Home Time: The training consist of 80 hours which can usually be accomplished in 2 week.
Only training position where you don't have to run all 48. No Northeast or anything past Texas
Paid on all miles for both you and your trainee.
Trainer Bonuses
- Sign-On - $500 paid at pick up of first student
- Pick-up - $250 paid at pick up of each student
- Upgrade/1st Dispatch - $250 paid to mentor at 1st dispatch of upgraded student
- 10k Safe Miles - $500 paid to mentor after student successfully reaches 10k safe miles
- 20k Safe Miles - $300 paid to mentor after student successfully reaches 20k safe miles
- Training CPM - $0.10 CPM extra paid for Company and PCC drivers.
- Elite Mentor - $0.01 CPM paid for each mile of the student after 1st dispatch for one year as a "Company Driver"
- OTR Bonus: Additional $750 for maintaining 2000 safe miles per week on the next check
- Weekly Performance
- Hit all three performance measures to increase weekly earnings up to an extra .04 CPM paid weekly!
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years or older
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- 3 months of CDL-A Tractor Trailer experience in the last year with an accredited CDL school OR 1 year of CDL-A Tractor Trailer experience within the last 3 years.
Lease a Pete
- 2021 & 2022 579 Peterbilt
- No Credit Check & No Money Down
- Up to 48-month lease for solo operators at $599 per week, plus expenses.
- Warranty offered on all tractors. Terms and length depend on make and model.
- All trucks are 12-speed automatics.
- Cummins Engine.
- 1.8 cubic foot fridge.
- Satellite-ready stereo.
- Mounting bracket for flat panel TV in sleeper.
- Physical damage insurance determined at time of lease based on current value.
- Optional buyout at the conclusion of the lease is the greater of $47,000.00 or 90% of the fair market value on the scheduled termination date, as determined by lessor.
