Position Overview

We are looking for Class A CDL Truck Drivers--we have part-time local opportunities and full-time Regional OTR opportunities. You will be a valued member of our team as we work together to deliver excellence and operate with integrity, care, and purpose.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Earnings: Up to $1,500 per week, plus applicable benefits
    • For part-time, Day/Local/Shuttle: hourly pay
    • For full-time, Regional OTR: $0.60/mile
  • Home Time: Home most weekends
  • Tax-Free Per Diem
  • Well-Maintained Equipment: Late-model trucks with automatic transmissions, APUs, and 56”–73” sleepers – all dealership serviced and thoroughly maintained

Service Area Includes:
IA, NE, MO, KS, OK, TX, MN
Typical Weekly Mileage for Regional OTR: 1,820 – 2,500 miles (may vary based on preferences and availability)
Freight: No-touch, Reefer

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently on designated regional routes
  • Deliver freight on time while maintaining accurate records and logs
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues promptly

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card
  • Minimum 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
