Job Description

• Lidl - Fredericksburg, VA - Local• This is a local fleet, great for drivers looking to stay active while driving.• Loads originate in Fredericksburg, VA. Drivers average 1300 miles per week.• On this fleet Drivers will load and unload their trailers using an electric pallet jack, and reload returns back to the distribution center.

Routes & Territory

• Deliveries throughout the State of VA and MD.

Schedule

• Home Daily. 2 consecutive days off per week.• 5 day work schedule including weekends.• Typical shifts are 12-14 hours with start times between 1900 and 2100 hours.

Compensation

• Average Weekly: $1,671• Average Annualized: $86,892• Top 10% Weekly: $1,735• Top 10% Annualized: $90,220• Stop Pay: $25 per stop• Supplemental: $0 per week• Notes: Average of 20 to 26 stops per week. $55 load pay. Load Pay $55 per trailer.• Detention Pay: $0 per hour• 5-Day Mentor Pay: $168 per day

Equipment

• All trucks equipped with automatic transmission, pulling 53' trailers.• Drivers will need a personal vehicle to commute to the Lidl facility daily.
