Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL-A Local Driver to join our team. This position offers consistent local routes, home daily, and steady miles. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, punctual, and committed to delivering loads on time while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on local routes
- Pick up and deliver freight in a timely manner
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Ensure freight is properly secured and handled
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum 1ā2 years of verifiable driving experience (preferred)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical
- Knowledge of ELD systems
- Strong time management and communication skills
Compensation: $1,400.00 - $1,600.00 per week
