You aren't just a number here; you are the backbone of our operation. We are looking for a skilled Liquid Bulk Tanker Driver to join our team in New Castle. We run 2022 Mack Trucks with 13-speed manual transmissions. If you are a true professional who takes pride in shifting gears and handling winter roads, we want to talk to you.

💰 The Pay & Perks

• Great Earning Potential: $26.00/hr starting rate.
• Consistent Overtime: Drivers average 50–55 hours per week. Time-and-a-half kicks in after 40 hours.
• Home Time: 99% Home Daily. Enjoy dinner at home and weekends off.
  • Note: On rare exceptions, a hotel stay may be required due to PA no-idle laws.
• Modern Equipment: Drive in comfort in a 2022 Mack Truck.
• Stability: This is year-round work hauling non-hazardous liquid waste.

🛠️ The Job

• The Haul: Primarily liquid bulk tanker (non-hazmat).
• Variety: You need to be adaptable. On occasion, you may operate a Roll-off, Dump Truck, or Rolling Floor truck to keep operations moving.
• The Route: Local routes primarily within Pennsylvania.
• The Touch: Minimal. Expect about 1 hour of loading/unloading activity per day (hoses/valves).
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (10–12 hour shifts).

✅ What We Need From You (Requirements)

• License: Valid CDL Class A with Tanker Endorsement. (Hazmat is preferred, but not required).
• Experience:
  • 2 Years of Class A experience (Tanker experience required).
  • Winter Warriors: We will accept 1.5 years of experience if you have successfully completed a full winter season driving commercial vehicles. We need someone confident on PA winter roads.
• Skills:
  • MUST be able to drive a MANUAL transmission. (No auto-restrictions).
  • Must have a current Medical Card issued within the last 6 months.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
