Flatbed Lease Operator - CDL A

St. Louis, MO, CDL-A Lease Purchase, Flatbed Division, High-Earning OTR Opportunity
Drivers 1st is offering experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers in the St. Louis area a high-reward lease purchase opportunity within our specialized flatbed division. This OTR position is built for drivers looking to maximize earnings, gain truck ownership, and haul ag and construction equipment for one of the most respected names in the industry.
With non-forced dispatch, reliable support, and over 68 years of flatbed expertise, this is your chance to take the next step toward higher pay and long-term independence.

What to Expect

• Home every 21+ days
• 2,000–2,500 average weekly miles
• Operate in all 48 states (freight focused east of I-35, no NYC or boroughs)
• Primarily hauling ag and construction equipment
• Non-forced dispatch, stay in control of your schedule

Pay & Benefits

• $1,500–$1,900+ weekly average after expenses
• $75,000–$95,000/year average take-home
• 65–67% of linehaul + 100% fuel surcharge
• $350 minimum per load
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $4,000 Completion Bonus at end of lease
• Advancement bonuses available
• Additional compensation for:
  • Over-dimensional loads (65–67%)
  • Tarping
  • Stops & drops
  • Specialized loads (nuclear, NYC, if accepted)
• No trailer rental fee
• No fixed expenses for the first 2 weeks

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12 months recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• 6+ months of flatbed experience within the last 3 years
