- Minimum of 22 years of age
Minimum of 6 months OTR-18-wheeler experience, within the past 3 years
Must have a clean driving record in the past 6 months, violations subject to review
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
No more than 1 serious traffic violation in the past 3 years
No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the past 12 months
No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years
Misdemeanors within the last 3 years will be reviewed
Felony convictions subject to review by Safety Director
