Drivers 1st is looking for reliable CDL A flatbed drivers based near Knoxville, TN for a high-earning, home weekly opportunity. Haul steady flatbed freight with zero touch, earn top percentage pay, and enjoy consistent time off. Drivers run primarily east of the Mississippi with an average of 2,000 miles per week and 400-mile average hauls. - Pay & Benefits:

• 27% of load revenue (Currently averaging 68 CPM)
• $1,350 average weekly pay
• $75,000 average yearly pay
• $1,000 sign-on bonus (split: $500 after 1st load, $500 at 3 months)
• Paid weekly via direct deposit (Friday)

• Tolls reimbursed + EZ Pass provided
• Monthly safety bonus (1% of total previous month linehaul)

- Equipment:

• Freightliner Evolution High Roofs (2 years or newer)
• DD15 engine, automatic transmission
• Governed at 65 MPH (pedal) / 70 MPH (cruise)
• APU-equipped, inverters, refrigerator, microwave
• Collision mitigation system
• Qualcomm onboard communication
• Truck can be taken home
• Chaining required unless straps approved by customer

- Home Time & Routes:

• Weekly home time for 34-hour reset
• Mostly home every weekend
• 2,000 average weekly miles
• Runs primarily east of the Mississippi
• 0% touch freight, live load/unload, drop & hook, and backhaul

- Minimum Requirements:

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 24 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience
