The Driver is a valuable position within our organization and will make an impact by loading goods from the warehouse into our trucks, transporting the load to client locations, and unloading shipment upon arrival. The primary focus of the Driver is to maintain safety standards while delivering goods and being professional and courteous when interacting with our customers and vendors.

This position normally works on-site, Monday-Friday, from 5:45 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. with the occasional need to flex between 5:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. based on business needs.

How you will make an impact:

• Help grow the bottom line by performing transportation duties such as loading, wrapping, securing, delivering materials, and operating equipment safely.
• Serve our customers by promptly delivering orders and ensuring integrity of their items.
• Assist with warehouse duties including pulling and staging transfers, loading customer vehicles, stocking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Perform inspections and service vehicle as needed (refuel, change oil, tire pressure, etc.).
• Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Valid Class B driver’s license required.
• 2+ years of class B, flat bed driving experience required.
• 2+ years of experience operating a truck mounted forklift is required.
• 2+ years of experience securing loads to company trucks before delivering is required.
• 2+ years of experience operating forklift and/or small industrial vehicles is required.
• 2+ years’ operating warehouse equipment such as electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks required.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Must be able to lift up to 94 lbs.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Tanker endorsement preferred.

Compensation $25-32/hour, depending on skill level, experience, and additional optional endorsements held.
