Class A Driver III’s are a building block in our training model for new drivers. They take on the dual role of providing excellent customer service while also helping develop new employees at the branch.
A Class A Driver III is primarily responsible for driving a tractor-trailer combination truck with a capacity of at least 80,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). The driver is required to become Crane Certified within 6 months of hire. Drivers work both on the road and in the yard, helping to prepare equipment for rental orders. To maintain safety standards, drivers work as part of a team and must possess a team-oriented mindset to fulfill their role successfully. Must be flexible and willing to drive available vehicles and help team members with labor responsibilities in both the yard and on job sites.
