Mattress Warehouse is looking for positive, energetic individuals to join our team as Home Delivery/Last Mile/Final Mile Drivers. Our Final Mile Drivers are responsible for the delivery and setup of bedding merchandise in our customers’ homes. Drivers perform the necessary delivery functions safely and professionally while staying on schedule to meet our customers’ expectations. We operate a fleet of 26’ box trucks. Mattress Warehouse provides masks and protective equipment to all employees.

Driver Base Pay is $18 - $22
$20 per hour earned on average for new drivers

Specific Duties

• Operate the delivery vehicle safely and courteously.
• Setting up mattresses, adjustable bases, frames, and bedding accessories
• Maintaining high-performance levels by keeping within the customer time window.
• Accurately communicate and document the delivery transaction with the customer using either a mobile device or provided paperwork.
• Unload or load products as needed at stores or warehouses.
• Assist in the warehouse or showroom as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 Years or older
• Prior final/last mile experience preferred, but not required: training provided
• Must have a current Driver’s License and have a clean driving record with minimal moving violations
• Must be willing and able to lift over 100 lbs. at time
• Must be able to achieve DOT Certification
• Must be able to pass Background requirements
• Excellent attendance is required
