Drivers 1st is looking for experienced CDL A solo drivers to take on rewarding over-the-road (OTR) routes with consistent mileage and competitive pay. You’ll run dry van freight across the lower 48 with primarily drop and hook loads. Stay out 2 weeks and reset at home. Get the miles you want with a carrier that puts safety and driver satisfaction first.

Pay & Benefits

• 51–55 CPM based on experience
• $1,300–$1,700/week average
• $72,000 to $85,000/year based on tenure and home time
• $100 for every clean inspection
• Direct deposit every Friday

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner Cascadia (2022–2023)
• 400 HP Detroit DD15 Gen 5 engine
• Both automatic and manual transmissions
• Governed at 65 pedal / 68 cruise
• APU, inverter, refrigerator, microwave
• Double bunk sleeper
• Onboard navigation & collision mitigation
• Trucks can be taken home

Home Time & Routes

• OTR running across all 48 states
• Out 2 weeks, home for reset
• 2,500–3,000 miles/week
• 80% Drop and Hook
• Dry Van freight
• No touch or live load

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12 months recent OTR tractor-trailer experience
