- Regional/Dedicated drivers are usually out for 2-3 days at a time
- Our regional/dedicated runs typically run from Memphis towards the east coast and back although we run the lower 48 and Canada.
- Our Average REG Company Drivers pay: $62,500 per year. Free insurance & pension
- Our Average REG O/O pay: $300,000 per year
- We value our drivers home time, if they have a request to be home on a given day we do everything in our power to accommodate that request.
- We have our own maintenance shop and drivers lounge which includes shower, TV, laundry and free wifi!
- The majority of our dedicated freight is loaded and unloaded by the customer. Some of it is just drop/swap at the customer with no wait for loading and/or unloading.

- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years and
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months
- No preventable DOT recordable crashes within the last 3 years
- No major traffic violations:
- Reckless/Careless driving in the last 5 years
- Driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs in the last 5 years
- Hit and run; leaving the scene of an accident or failure to report an accident in the last 5 years
- Excessive speeding as defined by the D.O.T.; any single offense for speed 15 mph or more above the posted speed limit in the last 3 years
