Pay & Benefits

• Start at 70% of Transportation Revenue + 100% FSC (increases to 72% with mileage tiers)
• $1,500 – $2,000+ take-home weekly after expenses
• $75,000 – $100,000+ yearly take-home after expenses
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 after first dispatch + $500 after 30 days)
• $8,000 completion bonus at lease end
• 65% paid on billed stop, loading/unloading, detention, layovers, repositioning, and other accessorials

• Take your truck home policy
• Single bunk, permanently assigned trucks

Home Time & Routes

• Home bi-weekly
• 2,000 – 2,500 average weekly miles
• 70% drop & hook / 90% no-touch freight
• Runs in all 48 states, majority east of I-35 (no NYC or boroughs)

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 12 consecutive months of verifiable experience between 2 carriers in the last 3 years
• Driven in at least 10 states
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No major moving violations or DOT preventable accidents in the last 2 years
