Drivers 1st is hiring experienced CDL A drivers for a Midwest Regional route that gets you home weekly with consistent miles and industry-leading support. This opportunity is perfect for solo drivers looking to haul dry van freight with 85% drop and hook and no touch freight, primarily for large national retailers.
With a low turnover rate and stellar reputation, this is the kind of job where drivers come to stay. You'll operate in the Midwest region with 1,200–1,700 average weekly miles and get home weekly for a 34-hour reset—usually over the weekend.
- Pay & Benefits:

• $1,200/week minimum guarantee for the first 12 weeks
• Average 71 CPM for line haul (26% line haul pay)
• $1,000 orientation pay after dispatching first load
• $60,000/year average earnings
• Backup CPM available (e.g., 60 CPM for drivers with <24 months verified experience)
• Stop pay: $30/stop, trailer pay: $50/trailer when loading/unloading
• Revenue move minimums:
  • 0–50 miles: $100
  • 51+ miles: $125

• Engines: Detroit DD15 & Paccar MX-13
• Transmission: Automatic
