CDL A Flatbed Driver Home Weekly

Drivers 1st is hiring experienced CDL A flatbed drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly opportunity out of Rochester, NY. This role offers consistent freight, weekend home time, and premium pay for hauling high-demand materials like pipe and steel.

- Pay & Benefits:

• 27% load revenue
• 70 CPM average loaded & empty
• Weekly average: $1,200–$1,400
• $5,000 sign-on bonus ($1,500 on first paycheck!)

- Equipment:

• 2022–2023 Kenworth T680 & Freightliner Cascadia
• Automatic transmission
• 65 MPH pedal & cruise
• Single bunks, inverters, refrigerators, microwaves

- Home Time & Routes:

• Home weekly (mostly weekends)
• Average 2,000–2,500 miles/week
• 30% drop & hook / 0% live load or unload
• No dedicated account
• Freight: Flatbed – mostly pipe & steel
• Driver type: Solo

- Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12 months recent OTR experience
