Compensation:
  • Pay: $100,000 - $205,000 per year
  • Paid weekly on the miles for that pay week.
  • “STAY PAY” Longevity Bonus: Previous employment tenior transfers over (up to 3 years).
    1. Completion of year 1 – Receive $1,000, paid out $250 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
    2. Completion of year 2 – Receive $2,000, paid out $500 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
    3. Completion of year 3 – Receive $3,000, paid out $750 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
    4. Completion of year 4 & above – Receive $4,000, paid out $1,000 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
    5. Completion of year 5 & above – Receive $5,000, paid out $1,250 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.
  • Bonuses continue to increase over time with the ability to earn $5000 in stay pay after 5 years of continuous service with Christenson Transportation. Eligibility for the “Stay Pay” incentive is earned after completing each year of service. It is paid on the first check, or settlement, following the last day of the month when the driver’s anniversary date falls. For team trucks, the “STAY PAY” incentive is paid to the truck, not to each team member. Any driver with 3 years at aprevious employer will be grandfathered in at six (6) months with Christenson Transportation.

CDL A Truck Driver Requirements - Join Our Team!!
· Must have a valid Class A CDL
· Must have 2 Years experience within the past 3 years, verifiable experience of OTR
· No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years
· NO "preventable" DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
· No more than 3 preventable "minor" accidents/incidents in the past 3 yrs
