Job Description:
Drivers 1st is hiring a reliable CDL A driver for a dedicated reefer route based out of TN. This solo position offers weekly home time and consistent miles — ideal for drivers who want steady pay and predictable scheduling. You’ll run primarily throughout the Southeast, with 100% touch freight using a manual pallet jack at 1–5 stops per trip.

Pay & Benefits:

• 61 CPM
• $1,756/week average pay
• $91,324/year average pay
• $10 per stop (avg. 9 stops/week)
• $1,000 annual safety bonus

• Tandem axle 53’ Reefer trailers
• Automatic transmission sleeper cab trucks
• Onboard navigation system

• Trucks can be taken home

Home Time & Routes:

• Weekly home time – 4 nights out per week
• Run Schedule:
  • Leave Sunday night 11 PM, back Tuesday morning
  • Leave Tuesday night, back Thursday morning
  • Leave Thursday night, back Saturday morning
• Average Weekly Miles: 2,700
• Primarily serving southeast region lanes
• 100% touch freight using manual pallet jack
• Live load/unload: 0%
• Drop & hook: 0%

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Class A CDL
