CDL Class A Driver for Postal Route – Regional

Position Details: Full Time

• $22.95 base rate per hour 
• $4.70 (in addition to base rate) will go toward Health, Welfare and Pension – excess to 401k
• 401k disbursements available
• Company Truck/Driver – (not accepting owner operators)
• Dedicated Route 
• 35 hours per week / 3 days a week

  
Route Schedule: Runs Saturday Sunday & Tuesday / Off Mon Wed Thurs & Fri
Sat/Sun Route:

• Depart Jackson at 10:45 AM
• Arrive in Knoxville, TN at 3:00 PM – drop/swap with relay driver
• Return to Jackson by 8:30 PM
• 11 hours per day/trip

Tuesday Route:

• Bobtail from Jackson to Memphis NDC at 4:00 AM – depart NDC at 6:30 AM
• Stop at Memphis STC – depart for Jackson at 7:30 AM
• Return to Jackson at 9:30 AM
• Take 10-hr break
• Depart Jackson again at 11:00 PM – arrive at Memphis STC at 1:30 AM
• Depart at 2:00 AM – arrive at the NDC at 2:30 AM
• Layover until 6:30 AM – depart for the STC
• Arrive at Memphis STC at 7:10 AM – depart at 7:40 AM
• Return to Jackson by 9:30 AM
• End of trip
• 5 hours for AM trip – 8 hours for PM trip = 13 hours for Tuesday Route

• Valid Class A CDL License - Medical Certificate - Current DOT Physical
• Minimum of 2 years Tractor/Trailer Experience – verifiable 
• Safety Conscious Driving Record
• Pre-screen drug test
