Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Completes an efficient delivery and pick-up route for the day.
2. Loads and ensures all materials are properly secured for transit.
3. Delivers and unloads products to customers or job sites, ensuring timely deliveries while obtaining signatures for proof of receipt when necessary.
4. Picks up material along the scheduled route, including items to be returned or other items as requested.
5. Learn and operate the delivery application on the handheld device.
6. Ensure that the box truck receives basic services according to the maintenance schedule. Reports larger maintenance needs and mechanical issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
7. Assist in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed.
8. Manually lift and move materials up to 100 lbs. or more on a regular basis.
9. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
10. Dispose of trash and maintain the cleanliness of the box truck free of debris.
11. Complete other tasks as needed when directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Work Environment:
Often will work in various weather conditions and may be required to drive for long periods. Must be able to use communication devices to perform job functions. The employee will be exposed to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, wet and / or humid conditions and outside weather conditions.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
1. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
2. Retail-related experience preferred but not required.
3. A Valid Driver's License and Medical DOT Card are required.
Physical Requirements:
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The Employee is required to sit 80% of the time, handle or feel merchandise, reach with hands / arms, talk, read, and hear. The employee will frequently walk short distances which involve loading and unloading heavy goods, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and bending. The employee must occasionally lift, push or pull products and supplies in excess of 100 lbs. which can be physically demanding.
