Home Time Options

Local (within 50 miles):

• Home daily

• Occasional overnight runs during busy periods

Regional (51–110 miles):

• Home weekly (34-hour reset)

• Multiple opportunities to pass by home

Pay & Bonuses

• Annual Pay: $73,372–$82,212

• Mileage Pay: $0.70–$0.80 per mile (based on experience)

• Stop Pay: $17 per stop (average 13 stops)

• Detention Pay: $24/hour after 2 hours (up to $150)

• Winter Driving Bonus: $1,000 per month (November–March, up to $5,000 total)

• Safety/On-Time Bonus: Up to 3%

• Weekly Pay Estimate: $1,450–$1,581+

Equipment & Freight

• 2025 automatic trucks equipped with automatic chains

• No-touch refrigerated freight (reefer training provided)

• Combination of live unloads and drop-and-hook

• Average 1,700 miles per week

Routes & Territory

• Runs primarily within Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah

• Loads start from a distribution center in Aurora, CO

• Deliveries made to retail grocery locations

Schedule

• 24/7 operation; schedule varies by customer needs

• Home multiple days per week (not necessarily every other day)

• 70-hour weekly commitment

• No fixed schedule

Pay Scale by Experience

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable driving experience

• Professional and safety-first attitude

• Must report to Aurora, CO terminal (truck cannot be taken home)

Orientation

• Conducted in Salt Lake City, UT

• Paid at state minimum wage for 12 hours per day
