Pay & Bonuses

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hr (after 2nd hour)

• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 1st load + $500 after 30 days

• Mileage Bonus: +3 CPM (based on safety, mileage, and productivity; eligible 1st of month after hire)

Home Time

• Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hrs) every other weekend

Equipment

• 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KW’s

• 24/7 access to operations specialist

Lane & Freight Info

• OTR, covering all 48 states (majority East of I-35)

• Average length of haul: 600+ miles

• Average 2,200+ miles per week

• No forced NYC/5 boroughs

• 100% no-touch freight (50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload)

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Minimum 3 full months Class A CDL experience
