Salary: Minimum Pay Guarantee of $1350 - $1550 per week (based on route)

Job Description:  
As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across multiple routes on a nightly basis. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The successful candidate will enjoy a stable work schedule with the benefit of being home daily.

Key Responsibilities:  
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of freight  
- Maintain compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and DOT regulations  
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition  
- Accurately log driving hours, routes, and delivery confirmations  
- Load and unload cargo as needed while adhering to safety protocols  
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to ensure smooth operations  
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional service

Qualifications:  
- Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 12 months of recent experience driving a tractor-trailer  
- A clean and safe driving record with no significant violations  
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and varying routes  
- Strong communication and teamwork skills  
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and maneuvering freight  
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards
