What your day looks like: At Albany Trucking, we understand the importance of family and personal time. That's why we offer generous home time: every 14 days for drivers east of the Mississippi and every 21 days for those west. While your primary routes will keep you cruising the Midwest/East of I-35, occasional adventures beyond those lanes are possible, ensuring you experience the vastness of all 48 states. As a CDL A Truck Driver with Albany Trucking, you will get to see the country. We specialize in truckload and multi-stop/LTL temperature-controlled loads, keeping things fresh and exciting. And the best part? NYC and its five boroughs are not forced dispatch - we respect your preferences at Albany Trucking.

The Perks: We offer competitive pay of $1,250 to $1,740 per week. We offer per-diem and a weekly guarantee because your hard work deserves consistent rewards at Albany Trucking. Our drivers average 2,087 miles, with our top 50% averaging 2,697 miles. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided including Major medical, 401K and vacation time.

Fleet: Our fleet is a testament to our commitment to excellence. We offer modern trucks, primarily 2021-2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultralofts (with a few KW T680s). For your comfort and convenience at Albany Trucking, all trucks boast APUs (mostly ThermoKing, some Carrier), refrigerators, and power inverters. Safety is our top priority: trucks are governed at 70 mph (cruise and pedal) and equipped with outward-facing cameras only. Under the hood, the 2021-2024 trucks feature PACCAR motors.

CDL A Truck Driver Orientation: Join us in De Pere, WI, for a comprehensive 3-day orientation (Mondays & Wednesdays). We will provide transportation, hotel and lunch. While earning $125 per day, you'll meet with all departments at Albany Trucking, receive ELD and Geotab training, and complete a road test and functional assessment.
