✅ Requirements:

• 1+ year verifiable OTR experience

• Age 23+ with Class A CDL & valid med card

• Winter/black ice driving experience (PA routes)

• No FL drivers | Clean MVR (≤3 violations/accidents in 3 yrs)

• No major violations (DUI/DWI, reckless, 15+ mph in last 3 yrs)

💰 Pay (Based on Experience):

• 1 yr: .62 cpm | 2 yrs: .64 cpm | 3 yrs: .66 cpm

• 4 yrs: .68 cpm | 5+ yrs: .70 cpm

• +.04 cpm safety bonus (Day 1 accident/ticket free)

• Extra bonuses for on-time & mileage

• 401K with up to 6% match – ESOP Ownership

🚚 Equipment:

• Auto & manual trucks | APU + inverter + mattress
