We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working professional to join our team as a Septic Pump Truck Driver. This is hands-on, essential work that keeps homes and businesses running. You’ll operate heavy-duty equipment, solve real problems, and be part of a tight-knit crew that takes pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive and operate a septic pump truck safely and efficiently.
  • Locate, dig, and pump residential and commercial septic tanks. (We’ll train you if needed.)
  • Keep your truck in top shape with regular checks and basic maintenance.
  • Haul and dispose of waste following all local and state guidelines.
  • Talk with customers on-site—explain what’s going on and handle questions like a pro.
  • Log each job accurately for compliance and recordkeeping.
  • Help out with loading/unloading equipment and supporting your teammates.
  • Be ready to respond when emergency calls come in—we’ve got our customers’ backs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid CDL Class B with tanker endorsement – REQUIRED
  • 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Solid communication skills—you’re professional, clear, and courteous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when needed.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Clean driving record and background check required.
