This route is tailored for drivers who want predictable schedules and steady miles while operating 100% no-touch freight. Drive newer equipment and get the support you need to stay on the road and on time.

What You’ll Get:

• Weekly 34-hour home resets to recharge

• Regional lanes focused in the Midwest for consistent miles

• Average of 2,000 miles per week, depending on hours and availability

• Gross weekly pay averaging around $1,200

• Hauls averaging 300 miles per trip

• Freight that’s 100% no-touch: 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload

Equipment and Support:

• Late-model Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworth trucks (2021 or newer)

• Round-the-clock operations support whenever you need it

Vacation Benefits:

• 1 week after 1 year of service

• 2 weeks after 3 years

• 3 weeks after 7 years

• 4 weeks after 15 years

Compensation Details:

• Detention pay at $12.50 per hour after two hours

• Layover and breakdown pay of $100 per day

• $500 sign-on bonus after your first load, plus $500 after 30 days of active service

• Performance bonus up to 3 cents per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first full month after hire

Who We’re Looking For:

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 3 months recent experience driving tractor-trailers

• Clean driving record with no major violations or preventable accidents in the past year

• Minimum age of 21

• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug test

• Strong organizational and trip planning skills

• Commitment to safety and DOT regulations
