About the Job
We are currently seeking Class A CDL Drivers to run dedicated grocery routes hauling refrigerated freight. Freight originates at the Distribution Center in Aurora, CO, and delivers to stores throughout Colorado, Cheyenne, WY, and parts of Eastern Utah.

Home Time & Schedule

Be home every other day or close to it depending on route

Freight moves around the clock - schedules vary

Expect a mix of night, evening, and early morning departures

Compensation

Earn $1,450–$1,500 weekly on average

Mileage pay begins at $0.70 CPM and can reach $0.80 CPM (experience-based)

$17 per stop (average 13 stops each week)

Up to 3% bonus for safety and on-time delivery

$1,000 seasonal bonus for Winter Mountain driving (Nov–Mar)

Freight & Routing

100% refrigerated loads

Combination of live unload, live load, and drop & hook

Typically 1–3 multi-stop runs daily (mountain lanes are usually 1 load per day)

Equipment

Late-model Freightliner Cascadias (under 3 years old)

Automatic chaining system installed

Take-home trucks available if parked securely
