Average W2 Income

$74K-$111K/yr per driver. Where you land depends on experience and endorsements. The whole ladder is below, no mystery.

The Pay Ladder (per driver, on 5,000-6,000 team miles/wk)

Miles get split down the middle. Each driver is paid their own rate on their own half, so a newer driver can team with a vet and neither drags the other's check.

• 3-6 months experience: $0.59/mi = $1,475-$1,770/wk
• 6-12 months: $0.63/mi = $1,575-$1,890/wk
• 1 year plus: $0.67/mi = $1,675-$2,010/wk
• Hazmat adds $0.03/mi at every tier, and Covenant pays for you to get your hazmat. Start without it, then come collect the raise.
• Wildcat fleet (hazmat plus doubles/triples): another $0.04/mi. Top rate $0.74/mi = up to $2,220/wk.

W-2, paid [FILL-PAY-FREQUENCY]. Over 50 weeks: $73,750-$111,000/yr.

Sign-on: $8,000 per true team ($4,000 each). Paid $1,000 the week after first dispatch, $3,000 the week after 90 days. True team means you two have run together 90+ days before. CA, FL, MS, and LA based drivers not eligible.

The Work

• Expedited team freight. High-priority loads, the truck stays loaded and moving.
• You roll while your co-driver sleeps. The clock never really stops.
• 100 team seats open on this account.

Home Time

Weekly or every other week, depending on your domicile.

Orientation

Chattanooga, TN. Classes start every Monday and Wednesday. 3 days, paid $220 total ($50 day 1, $85/day days 2-3). Travel covered: flight, rental car, or mileage reimbursement. Drug test: urinalysis, and 10% of each orientation class is randomly selected for a hair follicle test as well.

Truck

2024-2026 Freightliner Cascadias, automatic, inverter power, most under 18 months old. Governed 65 pedal / 68 cruise. Cameras: road- and driver-facing. We say it because you would ask. Limited idle policy.

Must Knows

• W-2 company driver position.
• Riders allowed. Pets: 1 domestic dog or cat under 100 lbs, or 2 with combined weight under 100 lbs, prior approval required.
