About Covenant

Pay
- $1,500 to $2,220 per driver, per week
- $0.59 to $0.74 per mile, based on experience
- $1,500 per week minimum guarantee, per driver
- $8,000 sign-on bonus per team ($4,000 per driver): $1,000 paid the week following your first dispatch, $3,000 paid the week following 90 days. Drivers domiciled in CA, FL, MS, or LA are not eligible.
Home Time
- Home weekly or every other week, depending on your domicile

- Dedicated round-trip team lanes Covenant calls engineered lanes: same freight, same routes, planned in advance

- Automatic transmission
Benefits

Orientation
- Every Monday and Wednesday in Chattanooga, TN
- 3 days, $220 total orientation pay ($50 for day 1, $85 per day for days 2 and 3)
- We get you there: flight, rental car, or reimbursement if you drive
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL, both drivers
- Minimum 3 months verifiable experience
- 21 or older
