Are you an experienced driver looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? Join our team as a Company Driver and help transport waste and recyclable materials safely and efficiently. This role requires strong maneuvering skills, attention to safety regulations, and the ability to navigate high-traffic areas.
🚛 Safely operate company vehicles following DOT, OSHA, and company regulations
🛠 Perform pre-and post-trip inspections using the DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report)
📢 Report any unsafe conditions or service-related issues to your supervisor immediately
🎯 Work closely with the Transfer Station Supervisor to optimize route efficiency
🚧 Navigate congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots with precision
🗑 Pick up, transport, and dump containers, ensuring customer locations are left clean and debris-free
🔄 Drop and hook trailers, applying tarps when necessary
🚚 Operate both automatic and manual transmission trucks
📋 Complete end-of-day reports and document all work performed

🔹 18+ months of driving experience (no formal education required)
🔹 Valid Class A or B CDL with an air brake endorsement
🔹 Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
🔹 Successfully pass DOT drug screening and physical exam
🔹 Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
🔹 Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
