CDL-A Regional Driver – Dedicated Route (DFW Based) | Home Weekly

Compensation: Starts at $0.60 CPM (All Miles) + Experience-Based Increases

Location: Must reside in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex

We are a small, independent fleet looking for a reliable, career-minded driver to take over a stable, dedicated route originating out of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. We don’t micromanage you—we treat you like a professional, and we expect professional reliability in return.

What We Offer:

• Consistent Pay: Starting at $0.60 CPM for ALL miles (loaded and empty), with higher rates based on your experience.
• Predictable Schedule: Dedicated route means you know exactly where you are going and what to expect.
• Guaranteed Home Time: Home weekly for a minimum 34-hour reset to spend time with your family. This specific route would have you home Friday & Saturday every week.

Requirements (Strictly Enforced):

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience. Reefer experience preferred. 
• Licensing: Valid Class A CDL with no manual restrictions.
• Safety First: Clean MVR and a solid safety record.
• The Essentials: Absolute punctuality, strong communication skills, and a reputation for reliability.
