Current driver for 15 years and USMC combat veteran. Dispatch, payroll, maintenance scheduling, and hometime handled directly by me.

25%+ linehaul based on experience plus 100% of tarp, stop, detention, and other load accessorial pay. Quarterly safety/performance bonus.

No flatbed experience required. Securement training provided during orientation — no riding with a trainer on the road.

All automatic trucks. All securement equipment and tarps provided.

Home weekends available depending on where home is located.

Drivers average approximately $1,300–$1,700 weekly, with high performers earning more.

Must have 12 months verifiable OTR or regional experience.

No SAP or DUI applicants.
